How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to view and track the status of your order by signing in to your account on our website.

To make changes to your shipping address, please email at info@bincainc. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. We will try to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been handed over to our logistics partner.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. For Customers outside of the United States : We ship to most countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
